Processing Time
All orders are handmade and made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to prepare your magnets before shipping. If we run into any delays, we’ll let you know!


Shipping Within Canada

  • Flat rate: $5 CAD for all orders under 18 magnets
  • Free shipping: Orders of 18 magnets or more ship free
  • Bulk orders (50+ magnets): Please reach out before purchasing. We’ll cover part of the shipping cost to help offset your total. You’ll receive a shipping estimate before you complete your order.
  • All Canadian orders ship via standard mail.

Shipping to the U.S.

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size
  • All U.S. orders are shipped with tracking
  • Estimated delivery time: 5–12 business days, depending on destination

Local Pickup (Moncton, NB Only)

Free local pickup available just outside Moncton (about 8 minutes from the Casino). You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions once your order is ready.

Customs & Import Duties (U.S. Orders)
U.S. customers are responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply. Orders under $800 to the U.S. generally arrive without any duties or taxes.
